Position: Full Time Sales Project Manager

Areas: Raleigh, North Carolina & Surrounding Areas

Job Description:

Highlands Roofing is looking to add to our growing team of Project Managers. Ideal candidates will be driven, energetic, independent self-starting individuals who are able to manage a sales territory and assist homeowners with insurance claims, estimates and storm damage inspections.

Highlands Roofing is open to both entry and senior level experience. We offer the best storm restoration training programs to help you develop the skills to be capable, proficient representatives in all aspects of the job within 3-4 weeks. Individuals we hire will receive training on basic construction, insurance and storm damage knowledge they need to represent homeowners through their claims and home construction projects.

Qualifications:

- Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers

- Must be able to climb a ladder and walk a roof comfortably

- Must have reliable, job appropriate transportation (truck or large SUV will be required for transporting ladders, occasional job site materials etc)

- Independent nature, self-discipline and good time management (project managers generate their own sales pipelines and manage their own work schedules)

- Sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity

- Must have a smart phone capable of taking high quality pictures and videos during home inspections

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage

- Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on claims process and sign restoration agreements

- Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damages

- Marketing & lead generation for new prospects
