
JOB SITE SUPERVISOR- OBX, NC
We are seeking a reliable and organized Job Site Supervisor to support our roofing projects throughout the Outer Banks. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, clean driving record, and the ability to ensure job sites run smoothly from start to finish.

Job Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must carry Workers Compensation insurance or have the ability to obtain within 30 days.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
Reliable transportation (truck) and a working smartphone.
Basic knowledge of construction or roofing materials is a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation day:
On call at 6:30am by phone, 8am arrival time on job
Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to active job sites as requested by project managers or crew leads.
Monitor job sites for safety and cleanliness throughout the day.
Communicate regularly with crews, office & project manager to ensure smooth operations.
Report job progress or delays to the project manager.
Final walk through:
Capture finished ground elevation & drone photos (drone provided by Highlands Roofing), perform a thorough nail sweep of premises.
Complete returns of any unused materials to suppliers and communicate returns list to office and project manager.
Compensation
Flat rate pay per installation based on experience.

Highlands Roofing is looking to add to our growing team of Project Managers. Ideal candidates will be driven, energetic, independent self-starting individuals who are able to manage a sales territory and assist homeowners with insurance claims, estimates and storm damage inspections.
Highlands Roofing is open to both entry and senior level experience. We offer the best storm restoration training programs to help you develop the skills to be capable, proficient representatives in all aspects of the job within 3-4 weeks. Individuals we hire will receive training on basic construction, insurance and storm damage knowledge they need to represent homeowners through their claims and home construction projects.
Compensation & Benefits:
Training Pay
Generous commission structure (top tier commission struction)
Monthly and annual bonus opportunities for performance
Unlimited time off, work remotely outside of the field
Qualifications:
Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
Must be able to climb a ladder and walk a roof comfortably
Must have reliable, job appropriate transportation (truck or large SUV will be required for transporting ladders, occasional job site materials etc)
Independent nature, self-discipline and good time management (project managers generate their own sales pipelines and manage their own work schedules)
Sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity
Must have a smart phone capable of taking high quality pictures and videos during home inspections
Duties & Responsibilities:
Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage
Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on claims process and sign restoration agreements
Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damages
Marketing & lead generation for new prospects
